Is it because of the supermassive black hole that the milky way formed(the black hole going around attracting everything within it's event horizon to form a galaxy etc)?

hm,clever question. Black holes are really breathtaking and interesting.Maybe we will never know the answer of that. But maybe it is because it is actually moving and its gravity is so strong.You know that the black hole is rotating.And I think that everything rotates around it.So that a black hole builts a circle.
