Which is highly devoloped country among these

Despite those problems I think NZ is a better place to live than the US because of its safety and laid-back pace of life. But no one who moves here from the US or the UK thinks it is more developed.

Of all the countries on that list, and I have visited them all several times, I'd say Canada is the most developed by your standards. It has the safety of NZ, an excellent education system, the fastest internet speed of the five, a national transport network with good urban public transport, and a relatively good health system.

The US isn't the top because of the high violent crime rates (though they are nowhere near as high as the UK's), the poor healthcare (spending double the amount per capita of anyone else but still dying younger and having higher disease rates) and the poor public education system. You can probably live better in the US than any of the other countries, but you need to have money for good insurance and private education.
