What are making this strange sounds I recorded?

It might have something to do with tire vibration overtones, but that's too scientific for me. I don't believe in science. Too hard for me to understand. What do you astronomers belief are making them strange sounds in my video?

At first, I could not understand why you hinted that lips could be responsible. It is hard to imagine someone doing this with his (or her) lips.
However, I re-read your questions and you talk about a pack of lips. Well that is different. If you have a pack of lips large enough, you could get these overtones.
So maybe you are right: there is a pack of lips involved.

As for the "strange sounds" in your video, did you happen to notice you where driving in a car when you where recording? They are traffic sounds and the sound of tires rolling over a grooved surface. What's a full moon got to do with strange noises in the sky? Sounds like a car to me.
