Yes, I have.
I was walking and then I am suddenly transported into this blue police box that is wayyy bigger on the inside. There is this strange guy with a tweed jacket, suspenders, and a bow tie. He goes "hi, I'm The Doctor"
So I'm sitting here in shock and then he goes," I transported you here because I'm going to go on a date with a fellow time lord named River Song and I wanted a girls opinion on my outfit"
Then I jump up and start to run out the door but stop abruptly because we are in space. Then the doctor says, "I'm a 900 year old alien that looks like a human who is about to go on a date with some one and I meed you to tell me how my outfit looks like!"
So I tell him that he looks fine, and he smiles and transports me back home. A couple years later I'm sitting on my couch on a Saturday night flipping the channels when I get to BBC. There the doctor was, battling all bad forces in the universe in a show called Doctor Who. It is now my favorite show.
Lets just say things happen for a reason :)

Never abducted, but I've been to dinner with some aliens, and have been an alien hundreds of times myself.
All you've got to do is travel to a country of which you are not a citizen.
As to extra-terrestrial intelligent beings, which I think you are really asking, I don't have any reason to believe they have ever visited the Earth. One recent experience was visiting Roswell, NM last fall. they have two museums there -- the County Museum is free (you can make a donation on the way out) and has a great exhibit about the life, times and work of Robert H Goddard, who invented the liquid fueled rocket.
The other museum there charges admission to get in, and I''m sure that's because if they asked for donations on the way out, they wouldn't get anything. Fifth grade science fair exhibits are more convincing, in my opinion. Had I already believed in UFOs and "aliens" I think I would have become unconvinced..
