An ice cube the size of jupiter would be so heavy that the pressure inside the ice cube would be adequate to break the water molecules into their constituent atoms and begin fusing the hydrogen. It would literally turn into a star itself.

my guess is that the sun would make margaritas and sit out in its own glow getting a tan.
