Do outer space have an edge and why

The edge has extended out several billion milessince you started reading this. The idea of something being infinite and constantly expanding is ludicrous. If it is expanding it has limits and is therefore not infinite-Imagine a riple in a pond, as time goes by the riple gets bigger, thats what the expansion of space is like. The riple we talked about when you drop something in the water,......
Yes it does. The universe is in a constant state of expansion. It keeps getting bigger every nanosecond. The edge is formed when space expands "into" nothingness ( which is what's on the other side of space-nothing, not even anything for a void to exist inside of ). The edge has extended out several billion miles since you started reading this. The idea of something being infinite and constantly expanding is ludicrous. If it is expanding it has limits and is therefore not infinite

Imagine a riple in a pond, as time goes by the riple gets bigger, that's what the expansion of space is like. The riple we talked about when you drop something in the water, if you were to stop time it would have an edge, but as it is expanding exponentially quickly, you cannot put a definite edge to it, because it is always expanding.

That my friend we don't know, and probably will never, possible EVER know. There are a few theories though,

Space is infinite and is constantly expanding at speeds faster then the speed of light (186,300 miles per second)

Space is spherical in shape, like Earth, meaning we will eventually come back to wherever we left off.

Space is not infinite, but is expanding at speeds faster then the speed of light.

-
*does
Sorry.
Space is Infinite, and continuously expanding forever and ever, until all of the planets and suns lose their energy and the sun collapses.

But that's wayyy wayyyyy wayyyyyyyy in the future, like billions of years.

-
We don't know and probably we never will because we can't travel that far. The most widely accepted theory is that the universe is infinite and constantly expanding.

-
No, the universe appears to be finite but unbounded.

-
Space is infinite. No beginning and no end.
