Secondly the surface of the Sun is around 10,000 degrees which is almost 50 times hotter than the temperature of boiling water and almost twice the boiling temp of iron.
Anything organic on the sun is in a word...vaporized.
Thirdly, life on Earth is only possibly because we're close enough to the sun that the surface of Earth is warm enough to melt ice, yet not too hot as to vaporize it away. We're in the "Goldilocks Zone", not too hot, not too cold, but just right.
Think of it this way. I can put a heating element into a nesting box of chicken eggs. If I put the egg on the heating element, the egg will cook in its shell (and likely explode and end up frying on the element). But if I put it a safe distance away, I can gently heat the eggs and help them to develop and to hatch.
