How does soaking a gummy bear in distiller water use the concept of osmosis

If you soak a gummy bear in distilled water, you`ll end up with a very bloated gummy bear because water will move INTO the gummy bear (from high to low concentration of itself)!......

Osmosis is the movement of water from a region of high water concentration (low solute concentration) to a region of low water concentration (high solute concentration).

Distilled water has no solutes dissolved in it. A gummy bear has a very high concentration of solutes (sugar, salt, etc). If you soak a gummy bear in distilled water, you`ll end up with a very bloated gummy bear because water will move INTO the gummy bear (from high to low concentration of itself)!
