Uncontrolled-with the face wash.-Independent is the thing you change in an experiment. Dependent is the thing you measure which is caused by the independent. I forget the other two.......
im doing an experimental analysis for the proactiv product, i want to know what the variables are.

A independent variable is also known as a manipulated variable. That means, the variable is manipulated, or changed to fit the experiment.

A dependent variable is also known as the responding variable. This means, it responds or changes based on the changes made to the manipulated/independent variable.

A uncontrolled variable? I don't think there's such a thing. There's a CONTROLLED variable. That means it will not change and will stay constant throughout the experiment.

Here's an example:

Kids of the same weight are timed to see how fast they can go down a slide based on the slide's height.

Independent: Slide's height
Dependent: Speed of the kid's going down the slide
Controlled: The weight of the kids

Independent variable would be the product, in this case ProActiv.
Dependent varible would be the results, and how much/how often the product was used.
Controlled Variable-Someone who is just given a placebo face wash that doesn't do anything.
Uncontrolled-with the face wash.

Independent-what is being changed between the experiment
Dependent-what is being measures
Control-like something that would give no result like water
