If you were to preserve your brain after death could you eventually become conscious again?
Like if in the FAR future we had artificial hearts and other organs and you could build a new body like general grievous.

I don't see why not as long as your brain gets the energy it needs and you're able to create new neuron cells with stem cells.

I'm not an expert though, so is it possible?
