Science: Axis of the Earth, Australia & a Drill

-If you drilled straight though the center of the Earth, it would come out in the North Atlantic Ocean, between Morocco and Washington D.C.......
Hypothetically, if I were to be standing in Sydney, Australia, and I were capable of drilling a hole completely through the Earth, where would the drill go back up at? We are guessing it is crucial on the axis of the Earth, since it makes it tilted rather than straight up and down. We don't have a globe but after looking at a map my best guess is Alaska (as far as nearest landmass). Or is the axis so irrelevant it would come out in Russia? Or would it be the ocean? If so, what ocean?

Thanks!
