A suggestion; contact Greyhound Bus Lines. They are located at 408 Fannin Street in Shreveport - (318) 221-4205.
I'm assuming you're not talking about school buses, as Shreveport is approximately 20 miles from Keithville. If that's the case, you can purchase your ticket at the bus terminal in Shreveport and leave from there, once arriving in Keithville someone should be picking you up. How many stops are in between (to pick up other passengers) only the bus line can give you that information.
