So aside from not being careful about signs and such, you seem to understand the general idea of how to do #1 through #10. However, from #11 through #18, you aren't dealing with monomials anymore. Because there are multiple terms in one of the factors, you can't end up with a monomial as the product. You need to multiply the factor that's before the parenthesis by each term within the parenthesis in turn, and the product consists of the sum of all the terms. For example:
3a^2 (3a^4 - 2ab^2) = (3a^2 * 3a^4) - (3a^2 * 2ab^2) = 9a^6 - 6a^3b^2
Every problem from #11 through #18 works that way.
