So my math grade is at a 73% and the written final is 25% of the grade. I am NOT good at math at ALL and I know I am going to fail the final. If I fail the final, what would my grade be sitting at afterwards? I'm going to try, but math is NOT a strong subject of mine and I NEED to pass this class! Thank you!

Actually, you should do it like this: assuming that there are no other factors, the 73% you currently have will be 75% of your total grade. Let x denote the grade of your final. Then, to pass, you want:
0.25x + (0.75)(73) > 70.
Solving this inequality yields x > 61. Thus, you need at least a 61% to pass. In other words, you do not need to pass the final to pass the class.
