Can you find the sides of a triangle with all 3 angles and the perimeter without using trig ratios & laws

or for the numbers you found, or for both.......
If I am given a perimeter of a triangle to be say 10m and the angles are 30 70 and 80 degrees. Could I not use the sine law and just find the percentage of 10 meters 30 degrees makes up and do that for all sides. (like 30/180*10 = Side X) Or is there something I am not understanding. I do this and all sides equal 10 but the answers at the back of a math textbook are slightly different (one side is the same actually but the other two are off by like .5 meters)

Do the ones in the textbook add up to 10m? do they satisfy the Law of Sines?

It should be (side opposite 30) / (sine 30) = (side opposite 70) / (sine 70) = (side opposite 80) / (sine 80)
and also the sum of the three sides should be 10.

There should only be one solution so either those equations are false for the numbers in your book, or for the numbers you found, or for both.
