We have :

Leap Year = 366 days = ( 52 Weeks ) + ( 2 Days ).

Thus we already have 52 Mondays and 52 Wednesdays.

Those surplus 2 days can be :

(1) Mon-Tues

(2) Tues-Wed

(3) Wed-Thurs

(4) Thurs-Fri

(5) Fri-Sat

(6) Sat-Sun

(7) Sun-Mon.

The possibilities (4), (5) and (6) do not contribute

any additional Monday or Wednesday.

Hence, the required probability is

= ( no. of favourable cases ) / ( total no. of cases )
