Finding probability around the mean

[From: ] [author: ] [Date: 11-05-07] [Hit: ]
An explanation would really help!Find the probability that the flight time will be within one standard deviation of the mean.μx = 130σx = 5.7735-(130+/- 1*5.7735) = 124.2265 to 135.......
Can someone help me understand how I can solve to find a probability at a certain standard deviation the mean? For example: How would I solve this problem? An explanation would really help!

Find the probability that the flight time will be within one standard deviation of the mean.
μx = 130
σx = 5.7735

-
(130+/- 1*5.7735) = 124.2265 to 135.7735

the formula is { mean +/- n*SD } for values within n SD from the mean
