What is the quotient of 4x^3 - 12x^2 + 8x / -4x

[From: ] [author: ] [Date: 11-05-07] [Hit: ]
Some people...-4x^3 - 12x^2 + 8x / -4x=4x³/(-4x)-12x²/(-4x) +8x/(-4x)=-x²+3x-2--x^2+3x-2.........
Divide each of the terms in the numerator by -4x

4x^3 ÷ -4x = -x^2
- 12x^2 ÷ -4x = 3x
+ 8x ÷ -4x = -2

Put it all together for the quotient:

-x^2 + 3x -2

-
-x^2+3x-2

Haha the guy above is such a douche. He submitted half the answer so he could be listed first, then went back and edited it.... Some people...
