4 from www.padowan.dk for free.On Function I Insert function, type - (2x+3)/(-(2x-4)), then OK.......
I think I know where to put the asymptotes, but how do I get the points? thanks

f(x):= - (2*x + 3)/( - (2*x - 4))

> f(-4) = 5/12

> f(-3) = 3/10

> f(-2) = 1/8

> f(-1) = - 1/6

> f(0) = - 3/4

> f(1) = - 5/2

> f(3) = 9/2

> f(4) = 11/4

On "Function I Insert function", type - (2x+3)/(-(2x-4)), then "OK".
