It's been too long since I took calculus...

(x sqrt(4 x^2+1/x^2+4) (x^2+log(x)))/(2 x^2+1) + C

Vico the whole thing is supposed to be square-rooted. You didn't clean up, you destroyed it.

Your equation : (4+4x^2+(1/x^2))^(1/2)

cleaning up:
4 + 4x^2 + (x^-2)^1/2
= 4 + 4x^-2 + x^-3/2

integrating:

4x + (4x^3)/3 + (x^-1/2)/-1/2 + c
