Hi, I want to lift up a person 10m of the ground (solid, not water) in 10 seconds, the person has a weight including equipment of 120Kg, the lifting force will be just regular air (mainstreem air), produced by an airpump. - now the question is: what will be the PRESSURE (bar), and how much Airflow (m3) from this pump. (please give me also an equation )

It is a physics question, not a math question.

It does not have anything to do with gurus except that gurus live up high on the mountain. So I think it means you want to lift a person up 10m repeatedly until the person is up on top of the mountain with the guru :-)

Now there is another very serious problem, being that the relationship of the pressurized air to the person's underside is not specified. Are you talking about a jet of air that would shoot up from the floor and propel the person by wind resistance friction upwards? or a cylinder of compressed air that expands to raise the person upwards? In the first case, more would have to be known about the aerodynamic properties of the person in question, and the width of the jet of air would have to be specified to determine the required speed. (I'm not sure what equations would be used for that.) If it is a cylinder, then a key missing figure is the surface area of the piston facing the pressurized air in the cylinder.
