basically what you have to do is change the formula

V = 4/3 pi r^3
3V/4 = pi r^3
(3V/4)/pi = r^3
cube root ((3V/4)/pi) = r

then just fill in V and get r
and of course d = 2r

-
You know the formula for the volume of a sphere is:
V = 4/3 pi * r^3
And that 2r = d

So that gives:
(V * 3) / 4 = r^3
r = (3V/4)^(1/3)

Which means that the diameter is twice that.

There you go.
