Need help with help elimination Method Plz? :)

57x-8y=261
-12x+8y=-36 how do i do this and put the answer in a ordered pair Any help please ?? :)

57x - 8y = 261
-12x+8y = -36
because the coefficients of y are opposite, add the two expressions giving
45x = 225
x = 5
from the 2nd
-60 + 8y = -36
8y = 24
y = 3
(5, 3) is the solution pair

Add the two equations to eliminate the y term:

57x - 8y = 261
+(-12x + 8y = -36)
--------------------------
45x = 225

Divide both sides by 45 to find x:

x = 225 / 45 = 5

Substitute 5 for x in either of the original equations to solve for y.
