How to sketch a graph of a function..

would be really helpful if someone could help me out. I know it may be hard to explain here. And after I have did the graph, the question says What is the range of the cost function? Thanks in advance :)-C(t) is cost function. for every value of t( t=1,......
I am doing a Maths assignment, and in the introduction areas.
I have to sketch a graph of a function, which is C(t) = 35 + 25t.
I am not sure what kind of graph to sketch though. Or a name perhaps?
Cause i have no idea on how to draw it or set it own, would be really helpful if someone could help me out. I know it may be hard to explain here.

And after I have did the graph, the question says "What is the range of the cost function?"

Thanks in advance :)

C(t) is cost function. for every value of t( t=1,2,,3,4..., )get a value of C(t) from the eqn. and prepare a table then take t values on horz. axis and C(t) values on vert. axis and name the axis as t and C(t) respectively. for every pair there exists a point on graph satisfying t and C(t) .

the range for C(t) is 35 to infinity ( or C(t)max = 35 + 25tmax)... as this is a business model and there are no negative ts.

Look at the function.

What's the value of the function when t = 0?
What's the value of the function when t = 1? t = 2? t = 3?

So, get a piece of paper, and see what these look like, and you have your graph.

Then, in your notes or text book, look for what "range" means.
