(7.6 * 10^46)^3
7.6^3 * (10^46)^3
438.976 * 10^138
4.38976 * 10^140 <===

PEMDAS is what you need to know. It stands for parentheses, exponents, multiplication and division, and addition and subtration. That is the order of operations.

Reading from left to right we see parentheses so we do what is inside first. Seeing 7.6*10^46 we must do exponents which we must, according to the order of operations, first. So 10^46 is 1*10^46 or 1 with 46 zeroes afterward. After that we multiply it by 7.6 and get 7.6*10^46.

Now that everything inside the parentheses is done we must do what is outside which raising everything to the 3rd power or ^3. Or 7.6*10^46 times itself three times and we get:

4.38976 × 10^140

-
can be rewritten as (7.6*10^46)*(7.6*10^46)*(7.6*10^46) = 7.6^3*10^(46+46+46) = 7.6^3*10^138
