3. Solve this by 8x1 and leave the bottom 2 alone don't solve it.

4. Lastly just divide and your answer should be 4

Next solve -1/2 x 1/4 like the last problem:
Take the four from 1/4 and place a small four with -1 and 2. Like so: 4x-1 and 4x2
Then take the two from -1/2 and place a small two with 1 and 4. Like so 2x1 and 4x2
Your problem should be like this -4/8 x 2/8
Solve it your answer should be -8/8
Divide it and your final answer is -1
Now your problem should by now look like this:
1/2-1
Solve it by divding 1/2 which the answer is 0.5 lastly solve it like so: 0.5-1 which equals -0.5
Or like this: 1/2 - 1/1 = 2/4 - 2/4 = 0/4 = 0
Any of these are correct.
