I can't seem to figure this one out..help?

Multiply both sides by -12/5 (remember to flip the inequality sign around):

(-4/9)(-12/5) > R

48/45 > R

16/15 > R

or as would more commonly be written:

R < 16/15

or

R < 1 1/15 (as a mixed number)
