Statistics question? Poisson distribution, determining the MLE of θ

If (x1,...,xn) is a sample from a Poisson (θ) distribution, where θ ∈ (0,∞) is unknown, then determine the MLE of θ.

Also, evaluate the variance, bias, and mean squared error of estimator.
