It depends on how your course is structured, and how low your F is. If, for example, all you've had is one homework assignment, and it only counts 2% of your grade, and you earned 59% on it, then yes, it will be easy to raise your F. On the other hand, if the only thing left in the course is the Final Exam, and it counts 20% of your grade, and you've skipped everything else so far (giving you a zero up to this point), then no, it will be impossible to raise your F.

Yes it is possible. However it depends on your grading system and your ability to drastically change the remainder of your homework/quiz/test scores. Since it seems you are struggling with Math, I would just ask your teacher what would be the best options to improve your grade.
