and do the exact thing for 18:20 /2 = 10-->10 *11 = 11018 /2 = ()-->() *11 = k18 /2 = 9 --> 9 * 11 = k = 99!!!#6: This one is like the forst 2,but only this time YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE IF THERES ANY NUMBER THAT YOU CAN DIVIDE THEM BY NUMBERS AND GET BOTH OF THEM TO THAT NUMBER!For making sure you need to do this: a/b = c/d----> a*d = b*dand see if the equation (proportion) is correct or not!......
#3 I give you a link to one my other answers,where i've explained everything about solving THIS kind of questions : http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AvE0FvT6FtJ7TKV8Ry1XBsjty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20121109101139AA8NKF6
read my explaination there,and for your answer: 2.5 Pounds * 1 Kg/2.2 Pounds =~ 1.1 Kg
#4 for this type of questions draw this table: _________
|_ 2_|_X__|
|_ 8_|_48_|
in this table you can say that 8 has been multiplied by 6 and you've got 48 --> 8 * (6) = 48
so you have to multiply 2 by 6 to get X --> 2 * (6) = X = 2*6 =12
#5 This is exactly like the last question but this one is a little harder.you have to make a ratio in which you can from there to the other ratio as in:
You can't get 110 from multiplying 20 by an integer number,but you can divide 20 by 2 and get 10,THEN multiply 10 by 11 and get 110!!! and do the exact thing for 18:
20 /2 = 10 --> 10 *11 = 110
18 /2 = ( ) --> ( ) *11 = k
18 /2 = 9 --> 9 * 11 = k = 99 !!!
#6: This one is like the forst 2,but only this time YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE IF THERE'S ANY NUMBER THAT YOU CAN DIVIDE THEM BY NUMBERS AND GET BOTH OF THEM TO THAT NUMBER!
For making sure you need to do this: a/b = c/d ----> a*d = b*d and see if the equation (proportion) is correct or not!(what i did up there is multiply both of the ratios by the numbers sitting in the bottom of each ratio)
so now:
25/45 = 15/27 ---> 25*27 =?= 15*45 ---> 675 =?= 675 which is correct so the ratios ARE proportional!
#7: So,by reading the given information you learn that in EACH day you get 75 bushes! (if you get 750 in 10 days,you get 750/10= 75 in A (one=1) day!
And if u want to know how much corn you get in 14 days,you need to multiply 75 by 14. 75*14= ? ... You do the math! :D ;)
*** In the 5th question,it says you need to use cross products,so you need to use that a/b = c/d ----> a*c = b*d way! ---> 18/20 = k/110 ---> 18*110 = k*20 ----> 1980 = k*20 ---> 1980/20 = k ---> 99 = k
Tell me if you need more help,i'd be glad to teach! :)

I think you should reread your question and that will explain why no one has answered it.
