y = -3/2x + 1.9
(round answer to two decimal places)

how do you do this problem?? it doesn't make any sense to me, please help!!

Just derive "Y" with respect to "x":

dy/dx = -3/2 (This is your slope).

The slope is -3/2. The slope of a line parallel to that graph is also -3/2
