I just took 162 mg of Concerta (3 , 54 mg pills). I took them JUST NOW , yeah i'm depressed , and i know what i did . i did it willingly . so don't say "you need help" bc i'm planning on getting it...but will i overdose ? I stopped taking Concerta a few weeks ago bc it made me have bad anxiety . so will i overdose ? will i have to go to the hospital ? PLEASE ANSWER . 10 points ...

The LD50 (dosage with a roughly 50% chance of killing you) is 95mg/kg, so 6477mg assuming you're a 150-pound person. However, there is a case where a person died from 1.3mg/kg (I'm guessing they had a heart condition) and you've taken almost twice that much. So you're in "pushing your luck" territory.
And you might be in for sweating, shakes, racing heart and freaking-out anxiety because of the drug effects. I hope you find a healthier way to cope!
PS: Are you alone? I'd suggest you go someplace where you're with other people...so just in case you hit the floor, somebody's there to help you.
