Im 18yts old too-Many Midol products contain caffeine as an ingredient. The intention is for the caffeine to perk you up, and also to act as a diuretic to reduce bloating.Caffeine, of course, is a stimulant.......
I took about 5 midol yesterday for the first time, an d I had troubles falling asleep. Than I woke up randomly at 5am feeling nausea and couldn't sleep.

Is that a common side effect of midol? I'm 18yts old too

Many Midol products contain caffeine as an ingredient. The intention is for the caffeine to perk you up, and also to act as a diuretic to reduce bloating. Caffeine, of course, is a stimulant. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the reason you were losing sleep last night. This would indeed be a common side effect. Try Midol products without caffeine, or just take regular over the counter pain kills such as Tylenol or ibuprofen.
