I have seen apparitions as well as a shadow person.
The house that i live in has a spirit and many strange things have gone on here such as doors opening and then closing, items being knocked over, sounds of creaking on the floorboards like someone walking towards you only to stop in front of you.
We have two store rooms under the house, the first room is fine but the second is not. It is a huge room (brand new home 5 yrs old so does not look creepy or spooky) and has never been used by the previous owner, in fact the previous owner has tried to block the entry up with a pile of bricks and would never tell us why or why it was the only room in the whole house that was never finished built. Anyway when you get close to the entrance you get this horrible overwhelming feeling that if you go in then you won't be getting back out again. We have never been in but have stood in the entry way and took heaps of photos and in them were mists and orbs that were orange and some that were a purple/pink colour.
We have also had tapping on walls here. About four weeks ago we were all sitting in the lounge when the tapping's started on a wall near us and that tapping went on for a good two minutes. We had our ears to that wall and all and could not find the cause for it.

One might just as well ask what is "paranormal", or what is magic... Is something magic because we can't explain it? I believe there are a lot of things that go on in this Universe that we don't have an explanation for, but that doesn't make them magical or supernatural.
As for ghosts, well I've never seen one, and there is no credible evidence I have seen to "substantiate" them (pardon the pun). But for all I know, there may be something real behind what others call "ghosts".
I've never seen Spain, but I have seen enough evidence to know that it exists.
