Okay so our roof is tiled and late at night I hear a crashing noise on the roof and I hear moving, like if someone is tearing off the tiles. Also like I hear a shopping cart outside but who shops at 4 AM? Help.

If you live in a more "colorful" neighborhood maybe it is a hobo with a cart looking for recyclables. The roof thing could be a raccoon. Best wishes.

Your house is definetly haunted by spirits or demons...call the people that deal with this kind of stuff and they will use what they have to scare them away or sell the house !!! But your house is being haunted...check the history on the house and see if there were any.deaths ?

Yes it could be Dwelled with good spirits opposite of that is negative and it sounds like a haunting maybe occurring..make sure you pray in gods name to protect u.....ghost etc is real my family through my gmom to mom they are able to see what the human eye doesnt
