A couple nights ago i fell asleep watching tv. The way my living room is set up, is like one couch and then like 6 feet back, another couch so kinda like "theater seating." And i was sleeping on the first couch and my dad was sitting on the back one and he was able to see me.

Anyways i remember i was like sitting on the back couch by my dad, but i didn't really have a body. Like i was just there. Married with children was on tv and i remember watching a little and knowing exactly what was going on. I also remember glancing at the microwave clock. And i saw and heard my dad talking to the sleeping me. He was just laughing and saying my name (I'll admit i was slightly snoring.) Then i wanted to wake up and i had to struggle to get up. It almost felt like i had to force myself in my body. I finally woke up and i was kinda confused cuz i remember all what happened around me. At first i thought it was a dream, but i was completely aware of everything that was happening. Do ya think it was a OBE experience?

yes if you saw your self sleeping it most and likely is. you should try to master this. if you havent practiced this then you gifted. its called the astral world. all spirits go there just try to find someone and ask them a question.

Im not aure if you had a OBE... did you see yourself. It kind of sounds like a false awakening. This is from Wikipedia but it describes a false awakening.

In a false awakening, one dreams of having awoken. The room the dreamer falsely awakens in is often similar to the room he/she fell asleep in. If the person was lucid, they often believe that they are no longer dreaming and begin their morning routine. The dreamer remains naive to the dream either until they realize they haven't actually woken up or until they really do wake up.
