Feeling like people can hear my thoughts??? Bothering me

Can't have...negative thoughts,without shame...
Also i feel like my negative thoughts are hurting others, is it possible?

No one can hear your thoughts, and thoughts have no physical effects. However, thinking that people can hear your thoughts is an early sign of a few serious mental disorders, so you might want to talk to a doctor about it.

In short, no. Thoughts are conceptual, micro connections between neurons. The most anyone could do would be to "see" the connectivity between cells, even then you'd need to be in an MRI machine, if similar.

Your thoughts certainly don't hurt anyone either, but the fact you're thinking these things might be a sign if a deeper rooted medical condition, pop along to your doctors and they'll soon be able to sort you out!

They are your thoughts, have whichever ones you like. Although having a lot of nasty thoughts about hate and revenge kind of brings your mood down so for your own well being it is best to try and avoid those.
No, of course not, think how many people hate politicians and other public figures and yet despite thousands thinking of them them badly they are unharmed.

I'm pretty sure no one can hear your thoughts (as it's more or less scientifically impossible - I think, anyway). Thoughts are cool BECAUSE no one can hear them, right? Just don't insult anyone outloud or anythin, cause that'd be bad.

It's ok. Negative thoughts cannot hurt unless you put them to words or actions. Try and stay positive, but don't beat yourself up when your mind wanders, it's not healthy. :-)
