Would hitting your head on concrete at 61 mph kill you

I need to know what would happen to a person that hit concrete at 61mph.
Acceleration is 9.8m/s^2 (gravity on Earth), distance is 125ft (roughly 38m), Time is around 2.79 seconds, and velocity is around 27.3 m/s (roughly 61.1 miles per hour)

What would happen to a human skull? Would there be any chance of walking away?

Hitting on one's head at that speed would undoubtedly be fatal. I don't see any possible chance for the person surviving.

It is almost a certain death, but depending on the orientation of the person, he/she could potentially survive (probably not).
