In Rectilinear Motion, the velocity of a particle is given by Vx = x and s = 1m at t = 0, determine the
position as a function of time.

Please give explanation.

I'll call Vx simply 'v', for neatness.
And I'll assume s and x are the same thing (displacmenet)

v = dx/dt
so
dx/dt = x

dx/x = dt
Integrate
ln(x) = t + C

When t=0, x=1 so
ln(1) = 0 + C
C = 0 (since ln(1) =0)

So t = ln(x)
x = e^t
