A ball is shot at a velocity of 25 m/s from a cannon pointed at an angle of 30 degrees from the horizontal. How far does it travel before hitting the level ground?
A) 57 m
B) 65 m
C) 68 m
D) 74 m
E) 86 m

I forgot how to solve this problem.

A simple Solve: Use the formula for the range of projectile motion known as

R= u^2(Sin2theta)/g
where u is the initial velocity, theta is the angle of projection and g is the acceleration due to gravity.
Plug in u=25m/s, theta= 30 degrees, and g= 9.8m/s^2

And we get 55.23m which is close to the value A 57 m
