I supposed if the human could manage to stab the Mountain Lion in the chest, stomach, neck or head, the man would win. However, Mountain Lions are not meek. They have razor sharp claws, long fangs, and are pure muscle. It would be quite hard to get a good strike at the creature through the flash of fangs and fur. But i wouldn't suggest picking a fight with a Mountain Lion any time soon.
