I found a black snake with orange rings. Is this poisonous

I found a black snake with orange rings. I tried to google it but couldn't find it. Anyone know what this could be?

No, its not dangerous at all, its quite friendly in fact, I sleep in a bed full of them because they are so darn cuddly, go ahead and pet it, it won't bite, I swear!
