my yellow belly slider swallow a fishing.hook what should I do the hook is about three inches how much will it be to get it remove by a vet please help

To be honest, the vet might not even know how to deal with the turtle.
Most vets are experienced with cats & dogs.
Call before you take the turtle to the vet to make sure they know what they are doing. You may just end up paying for a hack job you could have done yourself.
Do you see the hook?
My vet took a thing that resembled vice grips to take a sewing needle out of the roof of my cat's mouth.
If you see the hook you could try to get needle-nose pliers & take it out.
Being a holiday, the cost of a vet may be quite expensive.

BRING IT TO THE VET MAN if u love it pay whatever the cost is, or give it the best time of its life because it probably won't live very long
