Was nicely enjoying a shower when I noticed this creature on the wall staring right at me - had wings and looked like a mosquito (though SLIGHTLY larger) and it was green!
Any idea what it could have been, if it bites & if I should get further pest control? (Had one done a few months ago)

It may have been a green cranefly of the Erioptera chlorophylla species, after doing a bit of research. No common name that I could find on the animal. There are many different cranefly species, by the way, Not all of them look like the massive overgrown mosquitoes.

I would like to start by saying that your "Question" is not a question but a statement with a question-mark on the end. Also you should just let it be, continue on with life and ignore the bug if you see it again the go ahead and do what you'd do with any bug. If it bites you then give it some time and if it swells or anything like then go get it checked out.
