I have found peeing on a bee to be too athletic for me.-Yes. These poisons tend to be alkaline based, urine is acidic and so will counteract the poison.. Alternatively you could use vinegar.......
Presumably you mean the sting? Despite considerable experience and expertise... I have found peeing on a bee to be too athletic for me.

They are different chemicals. You need to take the stinger out (it has chemicals where if other bees smell it, they sting you too) and go home and put ointment on it :)

Make a thick paste of baking soda and water and put it on the sting.
