To start, my friend has this hideout not far from our house (we live near eachother) and we lock the doors as we leave, no windows, or any other way of getting in and one day we go back to find that a glass was broken and the papers we use to save "files" of ghosts, zombies and stuff like that was in a different place. My friend thought it was a ghost but i think it was just some mistake he says he didn't go in there when i wasn't around, i knew he wan't lieing form the look from his face, and we knew where we left everything and that the glass wasn't broken when we left, so what do you think, is it a ghost or something else, if you can tell why you think so or how. (but I'm pretty sure there was not ghost.

If this 'hideout' is somewhat like a house or a cabin and it was there when you bought the house, then there is a possibility it could be haunted.
If you built it then probably not.
I say this because if it was there when you bought the house then a spirit could have settled there in this hideout already and possibly claims it to be his/her place not yours. They/it might not like you changing it, bringing new people there, staying for long periods of time, etc.
You didn't give much information about the hideout but I will try to answer your question as best as I can...
You're friend could also be playing a prank on you, you could think he's serious but you'd be surprised at how well people can fake expressions and things when trying to fool someone. Is he a good liar? If so it's probably a prank.
If you're religious, put a bible in the hideout and maybe read a little from it when you go into the hideout and before you leave. Maybe put up some crosses, or if you get too freaked out have a priest bless the place.
I suggest if more things start happening to definitely consult a priest, but since it is just one occurrence I highly doubt it has anything to do with the paranormal and there is probably a number of explanations for this.
