Did we really go to the moon

[From: ] [author: ] [Date: 11-05-04] [Hit: ]
all the stupid conspiracy theories are just too silly. Faking it (with the Russians looking on) would have been quite impossible, harder than actually sending people to the moon. Or as the old saying goes;You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time.......
who says it isn't a conspiracy!?!

nooo i dont think so honestly. see the layers of the earth seem like theyd burn up the spaceship

WE didn't Jahamid. I would remember if we did (but we never even MET before).

Now, did ASTRONAUTS go to the moon? YES.

Let's face it, all the stupid conspiracy theories are just too silly. Faking it (with the Russians looking on) would have been quite impossible, harder than actually sending people to the moon. Or as the old saying goes;

You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time.

Yes, and we did it it SIX times between July, 1969 and December, 1972. 40,000 people employed by NASA plus all the employees of all the companies contracted to NASA cannot keep a conspiracy going for almost 42 years. The U.S.S.R. had a "spy" ship posted off shore of Cape Kennedy/Canaveral for every Gemini and Apollo launch and would have exposed a conspiracy A.S.A.P. Six people couldn't keep a conspiracy for four years in the late 1970's (Watergate scandal). The fact that any one thinks that more than 40,00 people can maintain a conspiracy for almost 42 years or longer is ludicrous.

Yes.

~ Tens of thousands of people contributed to the manufacture and assembly of the spacecrafts.
~ Hundreds of thousands of spectators watched the rockets take off.
~ Video and stills were transmitted during the trip and from the lander on the surface of the Moon.
~ Hundreds of pounds of Moon rocks and detritus were brought back.
~ 2 unmanned soviet missions and 3 manned US missions left reflectors on the Moon.
~ 18 unmanned spacecraft landings on the Moon through 1976.

There were six manned Moon landing missions. In total, twenty-four American astronauts have traveled to the Moon, with twelve walking on its surface and three making the trip twice.
