there was an underwater lake found on a planet i forget the name on, and i believe they are currently testing it for life right now. the only problem is that it is many miles undereneath and it is quite hard to test it for contamination, considering it is almost impossible for the tester to not touch other things going down and up. personally, though, proof or not, i think it is impossible that out of the entire outer space, something we have not even explored at all in comparison to its size, that there is not some other form of life. 1 in a 1000000 does not happen often. i doubt it applies to this.

Probably. There is no known scientific reason that prevents it. But so far we have not found any. Maybe you can be the one to find it first. Go for it.
