How travel and working on the moon affect in future plans travel and working in mars

It's apples and oranges working on the moon and working on Mars are two completely different things. This is why the idea of training on the moon for a Mars mission makes no sense either. You could actually do a better job of training for a Mars mission by simulating it in the high Arctic for 1/1000th the cost.
As for travel I take it you mean travel from Earth. Well then you would just travel to Mars from Earth. The idea of a lunar base as a refuelling station on the way to Mars makes ZERO sense. You see you measure the energies involved in "delta V" which is total velocity change. If I increase my speed to 5km/s, and then have to use the boosters again to come to a complete stop, then my total delta V is 10km/s. That requires fuel but the thing is the total delta V if you go Earth to Mars direct is still less than going from Earth to the moon and then the moon to Mars.
So even if we had a fully operation lunar base on the moon right now which we don't, and they had copious supplies of spare rocket fuel which they wouldn't, and they were giving it away for free which they certainly won't, it STILL would make no sense to go from Earth to Mars via the moon.
