Universe is infinite. Its just a shapeless, directionless, sizeless cluster of trillions of galaxies, nebulae, stars, planets, moons, asteroids, meteiroids & other cosmic dust.
If u mean the centre of universe is the place where Big Bang happened, ah! there's no such a place out there.

No, because there IS no central point in the universe. All points in the universe are pretty much equivalent.
